How to properly configure everything on a Windows home network with HyperV?

So, there are:
PC_1, PC_2, PC_2. Coward, Experienced and Dunce, where Coward is a new powerful PC, Experienced is a home laptop for adults and Dunce is a home laptop for a child.
Without problems, folders are rummaged, photos-files-music are copied.
On PC_2 (adult laptop) disk encryption. It is clear that when it is loaded and the password is typed, everything is copied over the network normally.
On PC_1 (which is new powerful) in general the same.
I would like to:
1. Raise HyperV on PC_1, where to make a VM (Virtual Machine), which can be used in much the same way as PC_2. This requires encryption.
2. VM_2 or something else in the same place. It's trite to hook up to the TV and watch YouTube. Yes, I know that you can buy a prefix, but why not?
3. Locally on PC_2 sometimes play.
Usage scenarios:
Work - connect from a working laptop to the remote desktop VM_1 and work. It is necessary to have abundance - not to cut, but to work from the laptop.
Play - turn on PC_1 and play from it.
To look at YouTube - probably, automatically cut to VM_2 (which is not there, but what problems?) From a child's laptop.
In this case, when disconnecting from 220, it would be better if the data of VM_1 were encrypted. I also want one disk as a file cleaner, which is also better encrypted.
What is the difficulty now:
Raised VM_1. Encryption works.
And here's the extra. I can't use a disk that can be used as a file cleaner. If I choose to connect a shared virtual disk in HyperV, it does not connect to the VM (at the connection stage in the management environment directly). If I choose just a virtual disk - everything is fine, but this file is no longer connected to other computers.
The encryption option on the host has a place to live, it's just that with a disk it is somehow more logical, more elegant, more beautiful.
How to solve the issue with VM_2 for YouTube? To similarly to the host - clicked on the button and got the environment turned on Pressed - it turned itself off.
