Forum on 1s Bitrix how to remove all unnecessary ones?

Prompt plz. created a section and added a complex forum component. How to remove everything except the top and bottom menus, and stretch the forum itself to fit the width of the page. Attached is an example photo. if possible, thank you.

most likely the left menu component and the right sidebar area are sewn into the header, the easiest way out is to go there and set a condition so that they are not displayed in the forum section
