Actually a subject. Is it possible to form a blank document according to the prescribed content with a couple of magic keys in Microsoft Office Word 2010?

If "content" is actually a "table of contents", which in English localization seems to be called "Table of contents", then I do not really understand what is the point of the action you described.
In the same place, initially the reverse logic is generated, the table of contents is generated according to the finished structure of the document headings.
And the amount of work for the user when:
- "type a table of contents - a multi-level list and turn on the magic"
or
- "type a multi-level list of headings by pressing the page feed between some and press the 'table of contents' button"
are approximately the same.
Why then magic?
And if you want continuous numbering between headings of different levels, then you need to use a “multilevel list” and bind different styles to different levels of a numbered multilevel list.

Do you mean template?
then yes, the template is a blank with clogged fields for entering text. I just want to do something similar for inventory purposes.
