Foreign forum on fine arts and graphic design

Good evening

I read books on composition, graphic design and started to puff on drawing (on paper) for dummies. :) There are questions that only understanding people can answer (for example, those with poor education or designers). I used to ask on demiarte, but there are no answers at all or very stupid ones. And the works of Demiart's gurus are simply sad.

I would be grateful if you could tell me trusted English-language forums on design and fine arts.

PS Itself was registered on a couple of web design (British and US), but there is something live mostly people who do only their first work.
