I'm building a website. The problem arose on Apple devices with fonts, quotes are displayed as in the first picture, on Windows everything is OK (second picture). There is also an assumption that such a problem is on updated versions of ioc, on later ones.

I think the problem is in the font .
Change to another. Let's hope that over time the bug will be fixed. And now you have to calm down.
PS If you google it, then you are not the only one who has Open Sans buggy on apple trees.

Definitely, the problem is either in the font, where the character corresponds to the wrong code, or in the interpretation of the font file by the device. How is it connected? Locally or with Google Fonts?
