Flash player does not work in the latest Opera - what to do?

I've already done everything. There is no flash plugin in opera plugins. Well, no, that's all! In the settings I tried to allow flash completely and added the site (vk.com) to the exceptions. Deleted flash and reinstalled. Deleted settings and flash cache. I installed both PPAPI and NPAPI (although PPAPI is needed for opera, but it still does not work). Opera turbo is disabled. Changed the video driver. In short, all the instructions from Google - did. But it still doesn't work! On the page there is only a message about the need for a flash. What to do?
