Flash drive to the morgue or not?

They gave me a flash drive, Color Turn (Team Group Inc.) which allegedly died. Having tried to insert it into your computer, Windows let out a heartbreaking cry (the flash still got stuck). But there is no flash drive in the Windows Explorer, and Total Commander (I'm lying, we found it in the total, it just won't open it). We tried to format it through DiskPart, and in the end we received a notification that there was no disk as such.
Although initially it is defined as a disk (Disk 1):

Please help with a flash drive, it's a pity to throw it away ...

@Zettabyte

See how the R. tester determines the flash drive .
Is the manufacturer displayed, is the capacity correct, etc.
If there are signs of life, try running a write test. It can be entirely (checking the state of memory), or it can be up to 15-20 percent.
Then try formatting.
Although it all looks more like a dead poultice. If the flash drive failed once, you should definitely not use it for something serious, otherwise there is a high chance of becoming our client.
PS
If there is something important, then such actions, on the contrary, are contraindicated, in this case you need to contact specialists.

If there is no critical data on it, then to the morgue. In addition, it’s not at all a fact that you were given a flash drive, and not a USB killer.
