Firewall (desktop, server)
Good afternoon, dear colleagues.
I am familiar with some types of firewalls (Pfsense, Kerio under windows, User Gate unfortunately)
Please share your experience, who uses which firewalls? Are they reliable as enterprise solutions?
Interested in:
1) Firewalls (firewalls) under Windows server *
2) Firewalls (firewalls) under Linux
3) Local Firewalls (firewalls) for desktop Windows, Mac OS.
Preferably free solutions are of interest, but commercial ones are also possible.
I'm waiting for your answers! Thank you !

If we consider the corporate sector.
1. MS TMG
2. Iptables
3. Linux client machines (Iptables), Win starting from the 7th version is a good built-in one, but usually comes with a corp. antivirus, such as Symantec Endpoint
Yes, I know that both SEP and TMG cost money, but I'm considering a corp. segment on Win, where computers> 10, significantly. Then the cost of TMG + SEP will not be significant compared to the cost of licenses for the server and client licenses.
2. netfilter with all the consequences (iptables, ipset, nftables, etc.)
3. Online Armor, Commodo, Outpost Firewall etc..
