Firefox Quantum 60.2.0esr (32-bit) Problem?

I use Firefox Quantum 60.2.0esr (32-bit) browser.
On the Kali Linux operating system.
Can't find network settings.
As in the screenshot:
I open the settings for myself and see only this.

I can't find additional settings.
Tell me how to turn on the settings.

Network settings in General at the bottom of the page.
If I'm not confusing anything, then the first screenshot is from some old version of FF, the settings were then redone and returned as it was impossible.
