XAMPP not working. How to fix?

Here on this lesson I configured everything. The first time I set up on one Windows, everything turned out. Now I'm setting it up for another one, it doesn't work. The request localhost/ opens the main page of XAMPP, MyPHPadmin, opens and everything works. BUT nothing sensible happens at the site request. Although the httpd-vhosts.conf settings are similar to the correct ones, the hosts file too, and I created the folders correctly and even wrote down the WordPress CMS there. But as a result I get this:
