Firefox 4 behavior when closing a window with multiple tabs

As far as I remember, if you close a FF 3.6 window with several tabs, then he asked whether to open them next time or not, while the window with one tab was closed without question. And FF 4 does not ask questions, and depending on the very first option in the settings, it either restores everything or opens the home page. How to return the behavior of FF 3.6?

I recommend using the Session Manager extension . It adds the necessary functionality:

You only need to change the extension settings:
Session Manager -> Session Manager Settings -> General -> Start/Exit

And in the settings, isn't there an item about the action when closing a browser with multiple tabs?

When you start the fourth fox, on the about: home start page, there is a restore previous session button at the bottom

Session Manager v0.75 does not work for me in FF 4.
Can this be fixed?
