Standard - netstat before starting the program and after, analysis of changes.

I also asked this question, are there any other ways to track the IP to which the program is connected?
On win 7, I simultaneously launched netstat and the resource monitor (it's a pity it is not on XP),
netstat does not show much, unlike the resource monitor.
Is there a solution for WIN XP?
EXAMPLE netstat

Good afternoon!
Try the cports utility. It shows all running programs, and ip addresses where programs are connected at a given time
