Filezilla FTP Client, how to deal with glitches?

Filezilla FTP Client, when launched under Win 10 Pro, does not see an Internet connection (naturally, all other programs see it and work).
No messages are displayed, connections through the site manager do not work (there are not even error messages).
When you start searching for updates, the process starts, but takes forever.

Sometimes the problem is solved by closing the program, pausing for about a minute, and restarting the client.
After that, it works perfectly fine (and finds and installs updates without any problems).
But sometimes this does not help (as, for example, today).
If you run Filezilla FTP Client on another computer on the same local network, it works absolutely fine, despite the complete software identity.
But! From time to time computers change places - so where the client worked normally, it starts to fail, and where there were glitches - temporary enlightenment occurs.
Moreover, there is a suspicion that the less often the program is used, the more often problems arise with it (there is no proxy server, the providers are different. The country, however, is one).
I tried all reasonable options (reinstallation from scratch, etc.), I even managed to change the provider - but the problem is not solved.
In what direction to dig? I've already run out of ideas.
(While I was typing this message, a few minutes passed and Filezilla FTP Client started up normally. I didn’t take any more actions. It’s just some kind of mysticism :)
