In general, the problem is that I edited the index.html file through filezilla through the brackets editor. And at one point, ftp hung up and saved the index.html file as empty (i.e. 0 bytes). Is it possible to find it somehow on the computer?

Already according to the established tradition - I answer myself.
It was necessary to use the cache from Yandex.
1. Enter the site url in the search bar
2. Click on the triangle and select "saved copy"
