Why can't I log in through fillezila, but I can through a browser?

, I'm working with the installation of software on the server for the first time. Dal for free 30 days free why not take it.
I did everything as described here and through the browser I go to ftp://xxxx/ they ask for a login and password, I drive everything is OK, it shows, I tried to log in through fille zila with the same data and I can’t show

Please remove admin user account before proceeding.
If you want to do it automatically run installer with -f option:
Example: bash vst-install-ubuntu.sh --force

Error: User admin exists

What have I done wrong ?
