FileZilla doesn't see /var/www (Ubuntu 20.04). How to fix?

Hello.
Using Ubuntu 20.04, installed FilleZilla (flatpack). The application does not see some of the folders in the directory /var/


How to fix it?

Change directory permissions or add the user under which FileZilla is launched to the desired groups.
