Files with .ssc extension?

There is a server launched in 1999, which is still running on windows NT.
It has reports that are generated by files with the .ssc extension.
Someone knows what these files are and how they work.
I need to make some changes, purely by intuition and according to the principle of how it is written there, I can change it, but all these changes lead to nothing, even if I restart the server. It feels like there is some kind of cache of some kind of Web server, but it’s not clear which and how and how these .ssc files are processed is also incomprehensible.
Below is an example of the contents of one of the files

@Samarkand

It looks like JScript code.
