File system problem in Intel XDK - how to create a file?

Guys, good afternoon! Can't create file using Cordova File API, tried all qnimate examples, tried github examples - just doesn't create file and that's it! I read descriptions and so on - I did not find anywhere an answer to my question or a solved similar problem on the Internet! Can you tell me how to work with the file system in Intel XDK?
