File manager for Windows to replace Total Commander
I am looking for a two-panel file manager to replace Total Commander, the axis is Windows 7.
Total is good, but in order to feel comfortable in it, you need to install plugins, write out hotkeys on the wall behind the monitor, which often differ from the generally accepted ones, etc. I don't need any of this.
Who can advise what? Just not FAR, I won’t get along with him for sure.

In such cases, I usually use this service:

Perhaps you will find the answer to your question there.
I liked frigate at one time, but it was paid and I used it for ftp. But there are not enough modules, but it is glamorous
and then I installed filezilla and removed it.
I recommend oMega Commander.
Definitely - there is simply no better! Appeared recently, fresh. He puts the total on both shoulder blades and looks more pleasant.
You don’t have to mess around with the settings, as in the total, there are a bunch of ready-made templates, everything is set up in advance, you don’t need to specify the width of the columns in the list, everything adjusts itself. For subtleties in the settings, there is even a search. Supports totala plugins. pylonos.com/omega/ru
XYplorer.
the only drawback is that there is no 64-bit version, and this year it is no longer expected.

tabs, file highlighting, console and other goodies.
I tried many of the above and came to the conclusion that there is nothing better than the TC. Even despite the lack of a 64-bit version.
Do you need all the basic operations to be available right away “Out of the box” + standard control?
(tc can be reconfigured, the same hotkeys can be replaced with standard ones).
