file manager for windows 7

Good afternoon.
I want a file manager so that the document tree is on top / bottom of the area with files. Is there such a thing?
As in filezilla, but for one window.
Now I use Directory Opus, if you know how to do it in it, I will be glad to know.

You can place panels however you like...
