Field effect transistors for control from arduino?

Recommend inexpensive field effect transistors that could be controlled by applying a signal to the gate, directly by logic levels from the arduino ports. Both types of JFET and MOSFET are of interest. I found, for example, IRL2703PBF (MOSFET), according to the specification, the gate can be controlled by a logic level of 5v.
So far, the control of the load with small currents is of interest.
As far as I understand, you can also use IRL520 for example (it is controlled by logical levels).
Or, for example, if you look at the IRF530 specification - at a Gate-to-Source Voltage of 5v, the transistor will pass a current of ~ 4A at a drain-to-source voltage of 50V. How then to understand whether there will be enough 5v at the gate to switch, for example, an LED at an SI voltage of 5v?

What is the power of the LED? :) They come in dozens of watts.
Series IR L - just says that the transistor is designed to be controlled from logical levels.
In the datasheet, they write the resistance of the open channel R (DS) at a gate-source voltage = 4.5V and it is hundredths of an ohm. Those. you can safely use them to work from an arduino to control LEDs and even a relatively powerful low-voltage load.
For example, an IRL2703PBF at 4.5V at the gate will have a drain-to-source channel resistance of only 0.06 ohms. And the released power is the square of the current and the resistance, i.e. by letting the current through the transistor up to several amperes, you can not even notice a noticeable heating.

There, in the filters, low-voltage transistors with a large steepness of characteristic are selected in fact. Most of them should fit.

Just in case, look at the gate charge of the field worker, if you directly PWM with arduino, do not be surprised at the heating of the transistor.
