What quadcopter components can you assemble yourself?
What quadcopter components can you assemble yourself? I know for sure that you can assemble the frame yourself, but what about speed controllers, for example?
Is it possible to assemble a radio control from a gamepad from a PC + software + arduino + any transmitter on radio components?
Is it cheaper to assemble yourself or buy in China?
I just want to assemble a quadcopter, but it would not be bad to solder too.
I have experience with a soldering iron. Knowledge in electronics seems to be quite good too (but I think they can very easily convince me of this).

Start with the frame, decide what you want Y3, Y6, X4, X6, X8, + the construction market or "Obi" will help you.
Go to forum.rcdesign.ru/blogs and see what others are doing and how.
Definitely worth buying:
- engines
- regulators
- radio control
- controller (but you can save on it)
- battery
and www.hobbyking.com to help you
if you really want to fly, then it’s better to buy a ready-made one (on the same hobbyking), if you like to assemble, buy a KIT + everything that is not included in it, you can easily assemble it in the evenings and you will know better how it all works. If in the future you want to fly around the camera, take a larger device so that you can take on additional space in the future. equipment and still fly normally.
Do not even worry, buy ready-made if in doubt. I also have experience with a soldering iron. It doesn't say much at all when building a copter.)
Assemble from ready-made elements first, this is also not so easy in reality, but if you want to solder, you can come up with some non-standard additional devices for it (water cannon, claw, movable camera).
