FIAS: what is the difference between the livestatus and actstatus fields in the addrobj table?
Good afternoon.
Tell me, what is the difference between the livestatus and operstatus fields in the FIAS database? The documentation says:
actstatus : "FIAS address object relevance status. 0 - Not current, 1 - Actual"
livestatus : "A sign of an active address object. 0 - inactive address object. 1 - active"
What is the difference between an actual and an active object?

ACTSTATUS - FIAS address object relevance status. It takes the following values: 1 - actual, 0 - not actual (see table ACTSTAT). Responsible directly for the relevance of the "name". If the object has been renamed (more often this is a typo fix), then the old entry gets CURRSTATUS=1 and ACTSTATUS=0. If the administrative unit was liquidated or resubordinated, then the name will still be relevant: CURRSTATUS=99/51 and ACTSTATUS=1. At the same time, when making changes that are not directly related to the address part, the relevance flag is still reset (ACTSTATUS=0).
