Where can I get an up-to-date database of cities indicating FIAS-type houses and IMPORTANTLY their geographical coordinates?

Good afternoon!
One site requires a database of all street-houses with their geographic coordinates. FIAS and KLADR provide all the necessary information except for the coordinates of houses. Each time, contacting Google or Yandex to request coordinates is not an option for many reasons, so I'm looking for the base. Who can tell where this can be found?
