FFmpeg how to properly convert to ogg for playback without fully downloading the file to the buffer?
CENTOS FFmpeg: Converting to ogg differs from converting to VLC and loses its ability to play without completely downloading the file, through jwPlayer and others, that is, if I convert mp3> ogg to VLC (under windows), then when playing through jwPlayer, it will be downloaded to the buffer 60kb and it will immediately start playing and already download the rest of the audio track file on the go, but if I do the conversion via FFmpeg, then until the entire file is loaded into the buffer it will not be played ...
Maybe I'm digging in the wrong place and it's something else?
