Few utilities when installing Arch, how to install driver for wifi intel?

a machine with almost everything intel:
- cpu: 7100u
- intel ssd
- wifi adapter: like this
Main problems:
1. Very few utilities, only very basic (subjectively) like ls, cd, ip link.
2. ip link issues only eth0 and lo.
My thoughts:
The first thing I sin - there is no connection to the network, hence all the troubles.
You say: - "you don't have wifi, ok, but why not use eth0?"
The Lenovo OneLikn+ proprietary connector allows access to the eth0 network card. The adapter costs 4 thousand, until I want to buy it.
Second, the driver (kernel module?) comes as .ucode, called iwlwifi. Can't find a way to install. It seems like we can throw it into the frimware folder somewhere, restart the computer, and iwlwifi will magically appear in the list of modules, but the fact is that Arch is on a flash drive, which means that after rebooting it will put on changes (?). In short, it didn't work.
It may really be possible to install on an ssd, upload, reboot, and so on, but it became interesting for me to try compiling the kernel with this module.
Events of the last 30 minutes: I could not find the Arch source of the Linux kernel, the lack of utilities that are used on the Arch Wiki is very annoying.
Here is what appears after choosing to install Arch:5d322165ba3cd296027027.jpeg

@BluiOte

Everything is there. Solution: Use USBWrinter( https://sourceforge.net/projects/usbwriter/ ) to write the installation image.
