Feedback from search engines?

I searched Google for the keywords " javascript outlooik 2007 preview " and got a site on the issue: blogs.boomerang.com/blog/2007/09/27/how-do-your-em...
And on the site I see such a block. Question to Habrazhitel - how is it done? How can a site, when visiting it from a search engine, get information on what keywords it was visited by?

@sajgak

referer-e stores the address of the page from which you have moved. In turn, the search query is stored in the address of the Google issuance page. ... Proof it!
