Fedora 30 installation stuck, what should I do?

Fedora 30 installation stuck during bootloader installation. Everything seems to be done according to science - I turned off Secure Boot, left UEFI, made a bootable USB flash drive with Rufus with GPT markup, chose an existing UEFI Windows Bootloader partition to install the bootloader. What to do next? How to interrupt the process and fix the problem that has arisen (it is not yet clear which one)?
