What is needed to create a bootable usb flash drive live image of windows 7 with grub?

I have a 16Gb flash drive (/dev/sdc), divided it into 2 partitions (/dev/,{sdc1,sdc2}):

I have a windows 7 image (ISO-13346):

I installed GRUB 2 on a flash drive with a Fat32 partition using grub-install. What needs to be done to be able to load flash drives? Can I install on the nfts partition the second partition of the flash drive? Should I use memdisk?

Do you really need to use GRUB? Do you want to build a multiloader?
