Fast compiling/debugging for android?

My computer does not pull the entire visual representation in android studio, eclipse and the build in them takes a long time. at the same time, phonegap builds an application for android much faster.
Where can I write only code (without any visual development)? Is it possible to disable visual representation in eclipse? In short, I want to write code, and check the result on my smartphone

Write in a notepad or take Sublime, build from the console using Gradle and
deploy to the device.
