Kind.
Updated chrome on mobile (perhaps this is the problem) - current version is 69.0.3497.91
Now, if there is a long text in the modal window, then the browser in mobile chrome cuts it off, without scrolling (screenshot).
Everything is ok in firefox mobile.
In the developer console of all other browsers on the PC, everything is ok.
No manipulations with overflow help. Perhaps someone in the know. Please write back.
