Falls off wi-fi in the office, 2.4 and 5GHz points. How to fix?

Good afternoon! ~ A month ago, we ordered a Mikrotik RB4011iGS + 5HacQ2HnD router to the office, I got the honor of setting it up. Everything works, but with big reservations. Wi-Fi is extremely unstable, falling off regularly on both frequencies. Falls off and connects after a while. The signal level is consistently high throughout the office. During peak loads ~ 15 computers are connected to the router. I've tried playing around with all sorts of settings, with no results. I would be very grateful for your help! Hello! How is the security profile configured? The screenshots show that you are using an open Wi-Fi network. Are there closed networks? Interested in screenshots Wireless -> Security profiles. If they are used.
