Failover Frontend or should I use rsync for user files?

Given: Ubuntu, two frontends (with different white IPs) on nignx, several NS records are configured, user data is also stored on the servers (for example, photos).
Task: Keep user data up to date on both servers.
I look towards rsync.
Maybe there are other solutions?

@fogz

Yes, there is a much better solution - lsyncd
This is a wrapper around rsync and inotify. can do file change synchronization both unidirectional and bidirectional.
Here is an article on habré.
