Failed to verify signature of payload: kb2707250

When I try to install Update 3 for VS2012, I get the following error: "Failed to verify signature of payload: kb2707250". I’ve been googling for two days, all I dug up is to update root certificates. Updated, didn't help. Can anyone come across? I tried to delete the studio and reinstall it, I tried to roll up updates sequentially from the first to the third - the first two became normal.
I'm already in despair, can anyone come across this?

The problem in the end was that the checksum of the image I downloaded (from the MS website) was different from the one that should be. From the fifth time, I managed to download one so that the checksums matched, after that everything was installed normally.

Have the certificates been updated in the system store? It was on 7k, treated with root certificates. (I understand from the context that you have 7ka). What's in System Events?
