It turns out the solution is simple. I installed the Zabbix server before installing the free certificate in Vmware Esxi. That is, first I raised Esxi (but I had to install a free certificate right away) and then I raised the Zabbik server. Later I remembered about the certificate and installed it. At some point I rebooted the server and got this error. The problem was that as Install Vmware Esxi (any version), you must immediately install either a free or paid certificate. Here's a story for you.

We translate the date back, put the key again, then cut it off from the Internet, block the access of the virtual machine to the Internet, check everything, return the date, and cut down the server as rarely as possible.
But this is also a time bomb in case of dismissal :)
And on the Zabbix virtual machine, you can use the date change to the old one when you start Zabbix, remembering it in advance, and after starting, return the remembered date or, if there is an Internet, do ntpdate ntp1.stratum2.ru
