Failed to install Active Directory domain controllers, how to add AD role?

For the purposes of prof. development deployed Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64 RUS on VMware Workstation.
Following the initial setup tasks, I activated the OS with the key received on DreamSpark, set the time zone, called the STUDY-DC server, registered statics (connected to the LAN via a bridge), turned on automatic updating of important updates, installed all the updates that were, updating IE to version 11 crashed with error - hid the update. in fact IE 11 is up and running. Proceeded to add the role of an AD domain controller - an error occurs, part of the log:

reinstall the OS, install the necessary roles, update.
use instructions from technet
Perhaps not a native image from msdn is used. I also recommend using the latest 2012R2 standart image. From reading, I recommend Craig Zacker.
