How to manage AD without the knowledge of the user?

I remember there was a utility for remote administration using AD tools, so that while the user is working, the admin could configure or watch the computer from another account at the same time.

There are two options for connecting to a computer remotely:
1. for user technical support, interactively
2. for administrative tasks.
Client OSes do not imply simultaneous interactive work with the OS of two users without hacks: you will either connect to the session of an already logged in user, or throw him out to "work" under your account.
For the needs of technical support (connecting to a user session) there are a bunch of different utilities, paid and free, but I recommend paying attention to the native solution: remote assistance , which is present in client OSes starting from windows 2000.
Pros: Domain computers can be configured to allow connections to tech support users via gpo. Support is provided with or without remote control. Present in the system, does not require software. pstools for OS with missing PowerShell). In an Active Directory domain, 99% of user system configuration tasks can be solved through gpo or, in urgent cases, using the remote administration tools mentioned above.
Feature (many consider it a minus): does not imply, for the sake of security, secretly connecting to the user's session without asking.
For administrative needs, it is possible to manage the computer through powershell remoting (or

Those. do you need to connect to the user's computer remotely, under a different account, so that he (the user) does not even notice it?
