Failed to connect to Microsoft Exchange 2013?

Hello! Maybe someone faced a problem - in the local network there is a Microsoft Exchange 2013 mail server, a Domain Controller 2012 and, accordingly, PC users on Windows. Sometimes the connection in the MS Outlook client with the Microsoft Exchange server is lost. The issue is solved by juggling the network Internet cable (or on/off the connection on the PC). It happens randomly. With what it can be connected?

Look at the logs, Outlook says something for sure

You need to look at the client logs first. Maybe time synchronization is running out, maybe DNS / WINS name resolution, maybe just a network bug, try changing it.

As an option - check that the user has cache enabled. And check on the server that the queue of the disk with the database is not more than 1

Check the autodiscoverer and OWA, if the ping goes
1. Check OWA
2. If it swears at the certificate, check that the certificate has loaded.
3. If it swears at TLS, check via HTTP. Since the connection in the latest Outlooks is via HTTPS, it is possible that KASPERSKY is blocking the EXCHANGE server address
. Then you know for yourself
