Facebook ads - Mix Individual. Custom audience and child targeting?

Good day to all! I rummaged through a bunch of information and did not find an otaet. I hope they will prompt here ..
The crux of the matter.
In facebook ads, when creating an ad, it is possible to select an individual. customized audience or set up by interests through detailed targeting.
I can't figure out if these two functions can interact? Let's say I collected an individualized audience according to the criterion of likes in the last 30 days.
I want to exclude this audience from advertising. That is, I run ads for detailed targeting and in the column for the individual. configured audience, I choose to exclude people who liked me in 30 days. BUT! Will such advertising be correct? according to my logic, detailed targeting works just the same with the audience that is added to the individual audit. ?
I apologize that everything is a mess, if I shorten my question, is it possible to work simultaneously with detailed targeting (Set by interests) and a custom audience? And can custom audiences be excluded from detailed targeting?

You are doing nonsense, this approach works on VK, but not on facebook. In most cases, you will get the best results for an advertising campaign by flooding ads to a wide audience without any settings at all, the main thing is to choose the right campaign goal (for example, conversions). I am telling you as a person who makes several thousand leads a day for 2 rubles per lead.
Yes, there are many cases where you need to test other approaches and they also work. But if you spend more than 20 minutes setting up, then most likely you are doing something wrong.
Ask "why?", the answer is: the neural network is smart and will find customers for you. She knows better than you who is interested in your product or service. The most important thing is to make the right creative.
