Extracting files from a damaged drive?

Hello, there is a 500GB hard drive.
The HD TUNE program showed about 90% !!! bad sectors. Writing to the disk is great, reading too, all photos and files are viewed, but when you try to transfer files from it to the computer's hard drive, errors and messages about the impossibility of this action pop up. I really need to get photos out of there, I put HHD Regenerator at night, but only 2.5% passed all night. Please tell me the best way to do this.

If the information is valuable - drag it to the professionals.

From the boot disk / usb (here, for example, you build MultiBoot_2K10 with various utilities), run Victoria for verification with a classic remap. There is always a chance!

If the information is valuable, in no case do not run a check and remap. This can finish off the mechanics if the problem is in it (check) and destroy fragments of information (if the problem is in the firmware)
I do something like this (all utilities are mine):
1. I boot into Ubuntu from a USB flash drive, or connect it to the stand
2. Using the dd utility I copy the disk structure to a working medium of the same or larger total volume.
Line dd if=/dev/sda1(damaged disk) of=/dev/sdb2(work disk) bs=4096 conv=noerror
What is not entered in brackets, of course. The designation of disks in the system can be viewed, for example, fdisk.
3. After that, I try to save the disk with a remap from under dos (for example, victoria) and information from the working screw. Methods for saving information depend on the degree of its damage, sometimes it is enough to drive it out with a regular windows disk checker
(your case is most likely suitable here). If the file system is damaged, I usually use rlab.ru/tools/rsaver.html , but again, the markers are different.
UDP: first, data recovery, of course, and after a successful recovery, you can think about the disk.
