There is a task to provide the 3rd party with the ability to download data from on-perm of our Domain Controller.
What is the best way to provide this? Read about LDAPS. Are there analogues?

Do you need it? A very incomprehensible way to publish your DC for a third-party company. Make an unloading of the necessary parameters in csv, for example - charge the update interval you need and post it at least on ftp, at least via ssh.
Kill two birds with one stone - you will know exactly when the controller is not loaded - schedule the upload, the second - provide the necessary security method + granular upload of only the necessary information.
