Or you can switch to the preview mode (where it also shows all these lines).

. I export to excel and the full name field disappears.
I call technical support, they hear the cherished word excel and the final recommendation to update excel ...
I install the latest Windows updates (visual sequels), try exporting to csv, html and there is also no name column.
