Explain with an example how to specify the relationship of tables?

There are several tables, I don't know how to correctly specify the relationship in the Journal Issue/Scientific section table. 5e5e52eec34fc953284469.png
For example, the issue of a journal and the Journal itself are associated with the Journal ID

as I understand it
В данном случае ID журнала выступает как атрибут и наследуется при создании таблицы так(id_journal int foreign key references journal(id_journal))
But how to specify the journal ID in the Journal Issue/Scientific section if there is no direct link?

A table with a partition does not need a journal id and a science id at all. The first one is available via link section->issue->journal. The second one is missing in the picture, but I think it's the same.
The Journal/Science table looks redundant - this information is easily obtained from the scientific sections table.
