Explain about LEDs?

I want to make an LED tube, plug it into a socket, can you tell me the type of LEDs for such a case and how to connect it correctly?
I thought to do this - a wire with a plug at the end, divide it into anode and cathode and connect the anode to the anodes of all LEDs and the same with the cathode. But how to make sure that they do not burn out and so on?
I am a complete 0 in this matter, so just explain clearly or give the necessary article to read (preferably without diagrams)

1. Go to an electronics store (or Ali)
2. Buy a driver and an LED strip
3. Put everything together and use it.
Otherwise, you still have to smoke diagrams and textbooks. Starting with understanding the fact that you have 220 AC in your outlet, and LEDs need a few volts of DC.

as an option, look in the same basements of uncle ali or inductorless led lamps, they are shit in terms of light quality, but you can directly plug it into an outlet.

The easiest way is to assemble from ready-made single components , tapes or modules . Or you can, as in simple lamps / bulbs, connect several LEDs in series and calculate the capacitor as a capacitive resistor - cheap, cheerful, but it will blink to the beat of the voltage.
