Existing projects to generate documentation for linking multiple services?

There is a microservice project. Each service currently has its own documentation generated from apiDoc on its own URL. Is there a system in place to bring all the documentation together in one place like what is done here. https://docs.cmtelecom.com/? Ideally, if you just give a link to git and automatically generate from ApiDoc. Ideally, if you can deploy at your own facilities, and not in the cloud.
