As a bonus, we would like to make an information section, where there would be interesting information for car owners, including prompt notification of accidents and emergencies by location. Unfortunately, neither by phone, nor by email, nor in social networks from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, we could not get an answer. They have such an API through which you can collect such information. There is nothing on the site either. Subscribed to the mailing list - ready to parse letters, since nothing else. This function does not work either.
Question: someone worked with information about emergencies and accidents, maybe there is someone from providers or telecom operators, how do you get this data?
