Exim. Disable sending error messages "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"?

I have this piece of config after begin routers:

check_outgoing:
driver = redirect
domains = ! +local_domains
senders = *@lsearch;/etc/exim/blockeddomains
allow_fail = yes
data = :fail: You can not send mail from this mailbox from this server.

Which prevents blocked domains from sending mail.
When such a case occurs, Exim sends a message with the error "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"
How can I disable such a message for this condition?
