Exchange server 2010 how to restore container without user?

Bottom line: there was a need to recreate the user account in AD, but the devil beguiled and during the deletion of the user account itself, I did not disconnect the mailbox from it. It turns out that when asked to delete an account, I did not check the box to delete mail and personal folder. I think that this is how it should be, I created exactly the same user with the same MAIL. As I understand it, he created a container in the Exchange database with a different SID but with this mail, and the old one was left without a user and mailbox, so the question is: how can this be restored?
(I agree stupid situation, but it has already happened on this I ask for help.) Thank you.

@akelsey

In short, find a mailbox in the database in which it was located using the Get-MailboxStatistics cmdlet, find its ExchangeGuid, fix it.
Make Disable-Mailbox for the created user (if new mail has already been received by the user, save it to PST).
Connect the old mailbox with the Connect-Mailbox command.
Upload the exported mail to the user in a new mailbox.
An article on the technet to help:

PS
This must be done before the end of the Retention period, by default 14 calendar days. After that, the box will be cut out of the Database.
