Exchange 2010 Edge. Is it possible to organize not the simplest routing of incoming mail?

There is an Exchange 2010 Edge forwarding cleaned mail to an internal Exchange cluster.
There is an MTA that analyzes incoming mail (conditionally - advanced antivirus scanning).
Is it possible to organize the forwarding of incoming cleaned mail from Edge to this MTA, then this MTA checks incoming mail, forwards it back to Edge, and from there to the internal cluster?
Forwarding scheme Edge - MTA - int. Exchange does not suit for various reasons.

Kindly answer the following question - which MTA is used as "extended antivirus check?
In any case, it is more possible than impossible to write/organize such a route, but in my opinion it is better to use one server as "EDGE" (with a set of antivirus/ antispam, etc.) before forwarding emails to the Exchange internal organization We use Exim (a/v+a/spam+greylist)+Exchange

@akelsey

First Postfix -> then Edge -> then HUB transports.
The scheme that you came up with is not viable, you can probably dodge, but in case of problems with the mail, it will be quite problematic to localize the cause.
