Excel writes when opening a document: "The file is damaged, so it cannot be opened." How to fix?

How can this problem be corrected? I tried to restore through Excel itself, it does not work. What other options are there?

Starting from "manually fix 1 byte in the header" and ending with "no way", because you did not specify the degree of damage to the file.

You can try to open through another office suite, such as OpenOffice. You can also try to see what happens here: https://onlinefilerepair.com/ru/excel-repair-onlin...
